Opening A Saving Account
Eligibility
All resident of India (businessman, Govt./Private Job holders, house wives, Students) can open a saving account either individual or joint.
Minimum Balance to be maintained Without Cheque Book Rs.250/-
Minimum Balance to be maintained With Cheque Book Rs.500/-
Requirements
To open a saving account, applicants must provide the following:
- Identity Proof
- Residence Proof
- 3 Passport Size Photographs
Only a single copy of the document is required if it listed under both address and Identity proof. E.g.: Passport/Aadhar Card. In case your Mailing Address and the Permanent Address are different,address proof documents will be required for both.
